Fosroc Sprayset SL is a chloride-free accelerating admixture that is supplied as a pale yellow solution introduced through the spraying nozzle. Manufactured by Fosroc Chemicals India Private Limited, it is marketed and supplied in India by their authorized distributor Space Arc Engineering for all of the Fosroc range of products. Description: Fosroc Sprayset SL is a chloride-free accelerating admixture. It is supplied as a pale yellow solution that is introduced through the spraying nozzle. Dosage : To ensure Sprayset SL meets specific requirements, it's recommended to conduct trials using the materials and conditions that will be encountered in use to determine the optimal dosage. A starting point for such trials is to use a dosage within the normal typical range of 1.0 to 5.0 liters/100 kg of cementitious material, including PFA, GGBFS, or microsilica.

• To ensure compliance with specific mix requirements, dosages outside the typical range can be used with adequate supervision and assessment through trial mixes. For advice on such cases, contact Fosroc.
• Technical assistance is available from Fosroc to help with admixture selection, evaluation trials, and dispensing equipment for on-site support. Technical data and guidance are provided for admixtures and other products used with fresh and hardened concrete.
• For optimal performance, add Sprayset SL and other Fosroc admixtures separately to the concrete mix and assess the desired combination of effects through trial mixes. Sprayset SL is compatible with ordinary Portland cements and cement replacement materials such as PFA, GGBFS, and silica fume.
• An overdose of double the intended amount of Sprayset SL may lead to premature setting of the mix and a decrease in strength.

Sprayset SL is offered in 250kg and 280kg sizes for packaging and storage. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months in unopened original containers under normal warehouse conditions provided the temperature is kept within the range of 20°C to 40°C.
Precautions: Fosroc Sprayset SL is not classified as hazardous under current regulations. However, it should be handled carefully and not ingested or come into contact with skin or eyes. Appropriate protective gloves and goggles should be worn, and in case of skin contact, it should be washed off with water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical assistance immediately. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.
